My sibling my friend...

Aubrie,Aiden & Cody absolutley love being entertained by Tanner. He is so creative and energetic, they just can't get enough of him.So much...that at times Tanner really gets worn out and just says guy's I need a break...{grumpy}...so on occasion...YES...I have to seperate all of them into different spaces for quiet time.

Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow.Don't walk behind me, I may not lead.Just walk beside me and be my friend.--

“Throughout life people will make you mad, disrespect you and treat you bad. Let God deal with the things they do, cause hate in your heart will consume you too.”

Being a Mother means the World to me!

Becoming a mother makes you the mother of all children. From now on each wounded, abandoned, frightened child is yours. You live in the suffering mothers of every race and creed and weep with them. You long to comfort all who are desolate. -Charlotte Gray

It's-It Ice Cream brings back some fond memories for me.I attended a middle school in the San Francisco area that mostly encouraged or was based solely on "ART" {my fathers choice} such as dance {diverse cultures},art class {with live subjects},egyptian studies with the use of papyrus paper {made in egyptian time},Classic greek and Roman Art {classroom was an art exhibit like I've never seen} and last but not least a huge Olympic size pool between the most beautiful Oak trees imagineable, surrounded by a long cascading grassy field.Which brings me to the ice cream....after a long, wonderful, exhuberating swim was my lunch hour and that is when I'd sit and take it all in with an IT'S-IT!!
So needless to say when I finally saw them in our grocery store I had to get some for the kids.Mint is my fave.....

It's-It History

In 1928, George Whitney began what is now a San Francisco tradition. He placed a scoop of vanilla ice cream between two large old-fashioned oatmeal cookies and then dipped the sandwich into dark chocolate. On that very day, the It's It Ice Cream Sandwich was born. George Whitney sold the It's It exclusively in San Francisco's Playland-at-the-Beach for over four decades. When

Playland was demolished in the early 1970's, the It's It ceased to exist. Times were grim. San Franciscans had one thing in common; they all missed their It's It. Then, in 1974, It's It was reborn. This time It's It were hand made in a small shop in San Francisco and were sold mainly to mom and pop stores. When the shop became too small to quench San Francisco's appetite for the It's It, the company relocated into a larger facility in 1978, relocation just minutes away from the San Francisco Airport. In the 1980's, the demand for It's It spread outside of the Bay Area and throughout California. Soon after, It's It were distributed and were available in over 15 states.

In the early 1990's, It's It Ice Cream Co. expanded nearly two-fold when it moved into a new office and dry goods warehouse across the street from its manufacturing facility.
Many generations have savored the It's It. Throughout the years, the company has gone through many changes yet the product remains the same as it did in 1928. Maybe that's why It's It was named "The official food of San Francisco."

Worth being arrested for...yea!!

We had the most amazing day hiking with the kids, with what back country we have around us {not much}.My bright idea to pick a spot we usually go to but up a different side.....Don't ask me where it is,unless you want to get arrested.Shadd and I were going to pull a Bonnie and Clyde {yeah right}! pretty hard to flea with 5 kids in tow.So needless to say we were a bad influence on our children...getting arrested in front of them that is......Totally worth the day though!!!!!!

....the saga continues,we looked at our court dates in the A.M on Aug 17th...were gonna make it a date {this really isn't funny} but I'm trying to make the beat of it!!
