123 Farm

Special event with feature Graciano, the sheep shearer, who will demonstrate how the sheep are freed from their warm winder woolies at 123 Farm. Washing, carding, dyeing, and spinning—and to meet some of the more than one hundred lambs that have been born in recent months.

123 Farm is hosted on the 900 acre property of Highland Springs Resort, an historical landmark in the southern California region known as San Gorgonio Pass. Originally a three-story hotel serving the early railroad built through the area in the late 1800s, Highland Springs eventually became a popular health resort in 1927 under the ownership of Fred and William Hirsch.

The emphasis on health continues to this day, centering around our 20 acres of certified organic herbs.
