Avenue of the Flags
In the 1940's Avenue of the Flags was an eight lane road through town, four lanes for local traffic, and four for north and south travel on the highway. In the early 1960's Highway 101 was moved to its current location, and Avenue of the Flags remains as the main street of Buellton.
Red Rock Canyon
A little piece of Paradise. Perfect amount of hiking for the little one that was wearing flop flops. Rocks added a little bit of foot work which is ok with me. Helps with balance and coordination (future math skills, we'll see)? Little hands even brought a few home to use as writing tablets...
Balboa Park
Nature, Science & a Virtual trip to Canada. Even got some fly glasses to see how insects see...

Full.Wind.Moon
The moon is high above us, giving us light in the dark.
She illuminates our world, our souls, our minds.
Like the ever-moving tides, she is constant yet changing.
She moves the water with her cycles, and it nourishes us
